Meet Nikhil Sir – Founder & Lead Coach

Nikhil Kadam, an international-rated chess player (FIDE Peak Rating: 1924) and Software Engineer, discovered chess at 8 years old and has competed in 300+ tournaments, from school championships to prestigious national events.

His passion for teaching led him to transition into full-time coaching, blending expert chess knowledge with a personalized, student-first approach. Believing that every learner is unique, he built a team of skilled, patient instructors and founded Chess Orientation, a reliable and trusted academy for structured chess training. His philosophy remains simple yet powerful: "Think with your mind, but play with your heart."
